Job summary

beON consult GmbH sucht einen SAP Business AI & Enterprise AI Consultant (m/f/d) zur Gestaltung zukunftsweisender Unternehmensarchitekturen. Sie beraten Kunden, entwerfen Lösungen rund um SAP Business AI, BTP und integrierte KI-Technologien und arbeiten an anspruchsvollen Transformationsprojekten.

Sie bringen Erfahrung in SAP-Technologien, Cloud- und AI-Plattformen mit, kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und arbeiten bevorzugt in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
• Erste Berufserfahrung als SAP-Berater, Enterprise Architect oder AI-Berater.
• Starkes Verständnis von SAP BTP und aktuellsten SAP AI-Technologien.
• Interesse an modernen KI-Technologien außerhalb des SAP-Ökosystems.
• Hybride Architekturkenntnisse, API- und cloudbasierte Integrationskonzepte.
• Idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen mit den genannten SAP- und Nicht-SAP-Technologien.

Responsibilities

• Beraten von Kunden zur Entwicklung moderner Enterprise AI-Strategien und Hybrid-IT-Architekturen.
• Entwerfen und Implementieren von Lösungen basierend auf SAP Business AI, SAP BTP und weiteren AI-Technologien.
• Entwickeln intelligenter Integrations-, Automations- und Workflow-Lösungen für SAP- und Nicht-SAP-Umgebungen.
• Auswahl und Integration von AI-, Cloud- und Automatisierungstechnologien gemäß Geschäfts- und Technik-Anforderungen.
• Planen und Moderieren von Workshops, Architekturberatungen und PoCs.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams und Stakeholdern zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Transformationsprojekten.
• Arbeiten mit Technologien wie SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Datasphere sowie Nicht-SAP-Lösungen wie OpenAI, LangChain, n8n, Ollama, LibreChat.

• Advise clients on developing modern Enterprise AI strategies and hybrid IT architectures.
• Design and implement innovative solutions based on SAP Business AI, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and selected non-SAP AI technologies.
• Develop intelligent integration, automation, and workflow solutions for SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate suitable AI, cloud, and automation technologies based on business and technical requirements.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, architecture consulting sessions, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver complex digital transformation projects.
• Work with modern technologies including SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Datasphere, as well as non-SAP solutions such as n8n, Ollama, LibreChat, OpenAI, LangChain, and comparable AI and workflow platforms.
• Utilize professional project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SAP Cloud ALM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience as an SAP Consultant, Enterprise Architect, AI Consultant, or in a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform and current SAP AI technologies.
• Experience with or a strong interest in modern AI technologies beyond the SAP ecosystem.
• Knowledge of hybrid enterprise architectures as well as API- and cloud-based integration concepts.
• Ideally, hands-on experience with SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Datasphere, and technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, n8n, Ollama, LibreChat, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and develop technology-agnostic solution approaches together with clients.
• Interest in modern organizational structures and agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
