You will present solutions, coordinate projects, and drive SAP Basis implementations with a focus on delivering value and clear stakeholder communication.

The role offers opportunities to deploy SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and Analytics Cloud, using modern project tools for efficient governance.

• Support projects and change processes as mediator and coordinator.

• Consolidate technical inputs and develop solutions to meet schedules.
• Moderate meetings and manage interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with project stakeholders and communicate information for informed decisions.
• Deploy and integrate the latest SAP solutions and tools (SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Leonardo).
• Use modern project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SAP Solution Manager for project control and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Completed studies with a technical or business background
• Initial professional experience as an SAP Basis Consultant / Project Manager is desirable
• Convincing consulting competence and a strong service orientation
• Professional demeanor in meetings and presentations
• Experience in IT project implementation (e.g., SOW negotiations, customer management)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language
• Knowledge of ITIL and change management processes
• Interest in a modern organizational structure and an agile work environment (SCRUM)
• Technical understanding and knowledge in SAP Basis and various SAP products (e.g., ERP, (S/4)HANA, Fiori, FS-CD, CX/CRM, SolMan, NetWeaver) or willingness to learn in these areas
• Fluen t English skills, both written and spoken
