Wipro is seeking a lead for SAP APO/OMP supply planning solution design and delivery, spanning MRP, Demand Planning, and Master Production Scheduling. The role requires strong Nestle process exposure, planning governance understanding, and hands-on experience aligning global templates with local market needs.

Lead workshops with global stakeholders, map processes to SAP capabilities, and oversee implementation, testing, and deployment with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading SAP APO/OMP planning design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, DPS, MPS processes.
• Exposure to Nestle-like planning governance and localization.
• Experience coordinating with SAP ECC/S4HANA ecosystems.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end SAP APO/OMP solution design for MRP, DPS, and MPS planning processes.
• Conduct planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders in supply, demand, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Map Nestle planning processes to SAP APO/OMP capabilities and identify fit-gap requirements.
• Define solution design, planning logic, master data dependencies, business rules, and integrations.
• Support global template design, localization, and deployment governance.
• Coordinate with SAP ECC/S4HANA, OMP, reporting, middleware, data migration, and integration teams.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare.
• Provide SME guidance to consultants and ensure documentation quality and deployment readiness.

Role Summary

Lead SAP APO/OMP supply planning solution design and delivery across Material Requirements Planning, Demand Planning System, and Master Production Scheduling. The role requires strong Nestle process exposure, planning governance understanding, and hands-on experience aligning global template processes with local market execution needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP APO/OMP solution design for MRP, DPS, and MPS planning processes.
• Conduct planning workshops with supply planning, demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, deployment, and distribution stakeholders.
• Map Nestle supply planning and production planning processes to SAP APO/OMP capabilities and identify fit-gap requirements.
• Define solution design, planning logic, master data dependencies, business rules, integration points, and functional specifications.
• Support global template design, localization assessment, process harmonization, and deployment governance.
• Coordinate with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, OMP, reporting, middleware, data migration, and integration teams.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare stabilization.
• Provide subject matter guidance to functional consultants and ensure documentation quality, delivery discipline, and process compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• OMP/SAP planning certification preferred

• Ability to lead workshops, solution reviews, governance meetings, and escalation discussions.
• Experience working in global delivery models with onsite, offshore, regional, and market stakeholders.
• Strong documentation discipline for process flows, solution design, test evidence, and deployment readiness.
