Are you ready to take a leading role in shaping and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions for clients across the globe? This well‑established yet growing Salesforce partner is searching for a Manager or Senior Manager who is skilled in Salesforce multi‑cloud implementation.

You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive digital transformation, customer engagement, and business value using Salesforce as a strategic platform.

Your responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them define their Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and transformation journey
• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring high‑quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc
• Manage, mentor, and grow cross‑functional project teams, providing guidance on solution architecture and best practices
• Support the go‑to‑market activities by identifying client opportunities, contributing to proposals, and building lasting client relationships

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting
• University degree in related field
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce core clouds
• Leadership experience is a bonus
• Fluent German and English
