Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision and Strategy : Define and maintain the high-level technical strategy and architectural vision for Salesforce Core platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Technology Evaluation and Selection : Lead the evaluation and selection of Salesforce technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements and performance goals.
- Collaboration and Translation : Collaborate with business leaders, IT management, and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce technical solutions.
- Software Development Oversight : Oversee the architectural aspects of Salesforce development and infrastructure management, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Technical Leadership and Mentorship : Mentor and provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Modern Development Practices : Drive the adoption of modern development practices, including DevOps, continuous integration, and cloud services within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Complex Problem Resolution : Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, providing expert guidance and decision-making support.
- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate architectural decisions, plans, and designs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive Salesforce Experience : 10 years in Salesforce projects with significant experience in enterprise-level architecture and strategic planning.
- 5-7 years in senior technical roles, demonstrating the ability to lead large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and mentoring architects and developers.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to align Salesforce strategies with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management in Salesforce implementations.
- Fluency in German and English
