WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to design and improve Salesforce‑based processes and user experiences.
• Deploy integrations between AI tools and Salesforce to streamline both internal and customer‑facing operations.
• Develop application flows and Lightning components; leverage n8n and other low‑code tools to create AI‑powered automations.
• Participate across the full development lifecycle from ideation to testing, proactively identifying enhancements and ensuring reliable deployments.
• Combine strong Salesforce admin expertise and technical independence with curiosity, AI literacy and stakeholder management skills.
