Your new workday:

As a Senior Consultant (m/f/x) in the NGO Cloud, you are an expert in implementing Salesforce solutions and lead projects for our nonprofit clients – from small organizations to large foundations. With your strong communication skills, empathy, and strategic mindset, you actively contribute to the ongoing development of Salesfive. You also mentor your team, provide constructive feedback, and support their continuous personal and professional growth.

Tasks

How you help us make digital transformation tangible:

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of Salesforce projects – from requirements analysis and design to implementation and ongoing support
• Develop strategies to acquire new clients and actively contribute to expanding our existing customer base
• Ensure the high quality of our consulting services and continuously work on optimizing our processes and methodologies
• Lead, motivate, and develop a highly skilled team of Salesforce experts by mentoring and supporting their personal and professional growth

What you should bring with you:

• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing Salesforce solutions for nonprofit clients
• Proven success in leading and developing teams as well as managing complex projects
• Deep expertise in using the Salesforce platform, particularly with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud, including its features, integrations, and best practices for implementations
• Holistic and client-oriented understanding of the processes and specific challenges of nonprofit organizations
• Practical experience in applying modern methods such as use cases, prototyping, or story mapping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in explaining technical topics clearly and understandably
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
• Use of AI tools as a core part of your way of working, along with the motivation to continuously develop your own AI skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured way of thinking
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Consultant
