Körperbehinderten-Verein Stuttgart e.V. is seeking a Salesforce Architect to own end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service, Experience and Revenue Cloud, with extensive integration oversight.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, define reference architectures and governance standards, and lead architecture reviews while mentoring developers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience including architect roles.
• Proven experience delivering experience portals, B2B commerce, or customer-facing platforms.
• Experience in complex enterprise IT with multiple integrations.

Salesforce Architect (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Architecture & Design

• Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), Revenue Cloud, and integrations.
  Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce solutions, aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define Salesforce reference architectures, design patterns, and non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
  Ensure compliance with enterprise security, GDPR, and integration standards.

• Functional leadership
  • Customer portals

  • B2B commerce and self‑service experiences
• Define adoption, usability, and experience KPIs; continuously optimize customer and partner engagement.

• Technical Leadership & Governance
  • Act as technical authority for all Salesforce initiatives, including custom development (Apex, LWC, APIs).
  • Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and external partners.
  • Establish and enforce:
    • Salesforce development standards
    • CI/CD and release management practices
    • Code quality, security, and documentation standards
• Lead architectural reviews and approve solution designs across projects.

• Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership Act as the primary Salesforce and portals advisor to business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT.
  Lead requirement discovery workshops and translate outcomes into actionable solution designs.
  Provide delivery oversight from concept to production and post‑go‑live optimization.
• Support executive discussions with clear architectural narratives and business impact articulation.

Your Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including solution or technical architect roles.
• Proven experience delivering experience portals, B2B commerce, or customer‑facing platforms.
• Experience working in complex enterprise IT environments with multiple integrations.

• Technical Skills
  • Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Revenue Cloud knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative automation.
  • API‑based integrations, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices.
  • Web application development (Java, front‑end technologies).
  • Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure).

• Soft skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior leadership level.
