The program seeks graduates with a degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Business, fluent in German and English, with an interest in technology-driven industries and strong collaboration skills.

Your background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and technology-driven industries
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and willing to work in an international environment
• International mobility for assignments during the program
