Responsibilities

• Carrying out general sales and marketing activities
• Daily communication with customers by phone and email
• Proactively identifying customer needs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving mutual understanding and building a good relationship with the customer
• Creating offers, conducting price negotiations and dealing with customer complaints

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience as a sales representative, key account manager, sales manager, in business development, etc., preferably at a manufacturing company
• Interest in the oil / gas industry is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English, confident Italian knowledge is a great advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and a high level Self-motivation
• Willingness to travel regularly for customers
• Good knowledge of MS Office
