Your Mission Involves
  • Navigating the evolving markets of video streaming in APAC, identifying opportunities, and engaging clients with our cutting‑edge solutions

  • Tailoring technical offerings to meet unique client needs, ensuring our solutions are impactful and valued

  • Cultivating and strengthening professional relationships to grow castLabs’ presence across APAC

  • Representing castLabs at regional and global trade shows and industry events such as BroadcastAsia, ConnecTechAsia, and IBC

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, developing strategies to maintain a competitive edge

  • Collaborating closely with technical teams, Solution Architects, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver seamless client experiences

  • Leveraging CRM tools to track sales activities, performance metrics, and opportunities

Your Profile
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the technology (SaaS), cloud, or video streaming industry

  • A proactive approach to building and refining sales strategies with a sharp eye for opportunities and a proven track record of success

  • Strong relationship‑building skills within sectors such as OTT platforms, PayTV operators, content distributors, and media technology providers

  • Fluency in English for engaging conversations and crafting compelling proposals (regional languages are a plus)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • An analytical mindset ready to dissect challenges and deliver smart strategies

  • A collaborative spirit and openness to continuous learning

  • Flexibility to travel regionally (10–20 percent)

Candidates must be located in the Asia‑Pacific region, ideally in India, Singapore, or nearby countries, or able to work standard business hours aligned with APAC markets.
