1110 PATRIZIA Real Assets KVG mbH is looking for a Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) to be part of their Sales Enablement team. Based in Augsburg, Frankfurt Mainz, or London, you will support the global sales team with operational tasks and management of sales KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in sales management, a degree in economics, and proficiency in Salesforce. The role offers a hybrid working model and focuses on personal development opportunities.

As Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) in our Sales Enablement team you will play a key role at our location in Augsburg, Frankfurt Main or London!

Responsibilities

• Providing operational support to the global sales team in day-to-day operations (including developing prospect lists and coordinating and tracking sales activities in detail).
• Managing, monitoring and analysing sales KPIs in Salesforce, and identifying necessary actions.
• Ensuring data, process and quality standards (including meeting notes, client engagement and preparation of roadshows).
• Continuous optimisation of sales processes and structures; application of automation (including AI).
• Collaboration on and leadership of sales and business projects, particularly regarding the expansion of Salesforce as a central client and business intelligence platform.

Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
• 3–5 years’ professional experience in sales management or a comparable role within a global B2B environment, ideally with experience in the real estate/real asset industry.
• A very good understanding of sales processes, KPIs, reporting and data‑driven management.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and BI dashboards.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in CRM automation and the application of AI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative.
• Strong communication skills, a hands‑on mentality and a client‑excellence mindset.
• Excellent command of German and English.
