Zertificon develops B2B software solutions for secure digital communication – made in Germany, GDPR-compliant, and without mandatory cloud usage. Our customers: businesses, energy providers, public authorities. Our products: software solutions for email encryption and digital signatures, secure file transfers, and market communication for energy companies. We’ve been in the market for over 20 years and employ well over 100 people from 30 different nations. Now we’re looking for you to take our Sales team operations to the next level. Everything here refers to Inbound Sales only.
Your tasks
- You manage our sales processes to ensure they are transparent, scalable, and systematically capture customer insights
- KPIs, forecasts, and dashboards are your tools – you set up reporting and monitor whether we’re on track. If not, you proactively steer things back on course
- You keep our SugarCRM up to date, develop it further, and ensure clean processes in lead and customer management
- You make sure the sales team adheres to internal guidelines and SLAs – through clear controls, feedback, and follow-ups
- You create and develop our dashboards in the in-house data warehouse
- You analyze existing processes around lead management, opportunity stages, and quote handling – and take them to the next level
- You act as a central interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management – creating clarity and alignment
- You ensure commission models and incentives are transparent and drive their continued development.
- You support the rollout of new tools and processes and ensure team buy-in – through clear documentation and communication
Your profile
- Experience in Sales Operations, Inbound Sales, and CRM Management – ideally in a B2B software environment
- Strong business acumen – you understand how sales processes drive business success
- Excellent analytical skills and a head for numbers –Calc / Excel are essential tools for you
- Experience in configuring and developing CRM systems – ideally SugarCRM
- Great communication skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) – you\'re able to engage openly, clearly, and on equal footing with both the sales team and technical colleagues. You ensure expectations are well defined and everyone knows what matters.
- A structured and proactive working style – with an eye for detail and a good sense of priorities
- Leadership skills and the potential to grow into a strategic role
