About the Job
  • You analyze sales data and provide insights that support the sales strategy and help identify growth opportunities.
  • You generate reports on key sales metrics including revenue conversion rates and KPIs.
  • You create and maintain documentation related to sales processes policies and training materials.
  • You assist in the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies.
  • You facilitate an effective lead qualification process to support pipeline efficiency.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales marketing and product.
  • You manage and optimize sales tracking systems and report on critical information.
  • You stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in sales operations.
  • You monitor the accuracy and timely distribution of sales reports and other essential intelligence.
  • You recommend improvements to existing reports or help develop new reporting tools when needed.
About You
  • You combine academic knowledge with hands-on experience in business or sales-related roles.
  • You are proficient in MS Power BI Excel and PowerPoint and use these tools effectively for analysis and presentations.
  • You think entrepreneurially, take initiative and work in a structured and reliable way.
  • You embrace change, communicate clearly and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • You speak English at an advanced level and communicate confidently in international environments.
