Your backpack is filled
  • Deep technical background of energy storage solutions.
  • Track record of delivering turnkey solutions in the C&I PV+BESS segment.
  • Engineering studies preferred, alternatively business administration.
  • Network in the relevant industry segment with at least 7 years working experience.
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account penetration strategy/plan.
  • Familiar with the respective interests of the players in the different solar sectors.
  • High proficiency of MS Office applications and Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM Systems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Manager C&I Turnkey Solutions will be responsible for closing turnkey contracts for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) PV+BESS solutions, focusing on Italy. The role plays a key part in driving revenue and achieving pre-set sales targets based on market conditions. This position reports to the Director C&I Storage Turnkey Europe. The ideal candidate has proven experience in selling C&I Turnkey Solutions, with a strong technical and commercial background. This includes preparing detailed, commercially and technically sound proposals for off-takers, in close alignment with the Commercial Manager for Budgeting and Design. A deep understanding of market dynamics, as well as a track record of successfully negotiating and closing C&I turnkey contracts, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to seamlessly integrate into the global sales organization, collaborating effectively with the international team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships while actively developing new business opportunities within the targeted markets and segments.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential sales opportunities to drive market and revenue growth.
  • Provide detailed commercial and technical proposals to customers, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
  • Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, securing C&I PV+BESS Turnkey agreements.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving set sales targets and revenue goals for C&I Turnkey Solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including service offerings, component solutions, and market differentiators.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and political frameworks affecting energy storage in designated market segments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and team members, including business development, commercial, project execution and other internal functions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Leverage market feedback to enhance turnkey product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
