Location : Remote with regular customer visits in Munich, Basel, and surrounding areas

About Cube Biotech

Cube Biotech is a fast-growing life science company specialized in innovative tools for protein purification and membrane protein research. To strengthen our European Sales Team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager (m / f / d) with a scientific background to expand our customer base and build lasting relationships in Southern Germany and Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop new customer relationships and drive sales growth in the Munich / Basel region
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within pharma, biotech, and academic research
  • Maintain and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Present Cube Biotech’s technologies and products on-site and at scientific events
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and scientific support teams
  • Represent Cube Biotech at trade fairs and conferences in Europe (approx. 30-50% travel)
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in life science tools or consumables
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling
  • Good understanding of workflows in protein biochemistry, membrane proteins, or structural biology
  • Self-driven, reliable, and motivated to grow the business in your region
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage
