Your mission

Join the NAGASE Group as our next Sales Manager (m/f/d) and support the European pharmaceutical market as a central liaison between suppliers and clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for European suppliers and clients
  • Handle pharmaceutical raw materials (intermediates, APIs, excipients) ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
  • Support new and ongoing inquiries by identifying potential suppliers in Europe
  • Drive new product development projects with suppliers and clients globally
  • Manage quotations, contracts, and orders with logistics and compliance teams
  • Monitor delivery schedules and customer requirements
Your profile

Work experience:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, APIs, or healthcare-related fields
  • Experience in international business, import/export, and regulatory compliance
  • Direct negotiation experience with overseas manufacturers and clients

Skills & qualifications:

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
  • University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of GMP, GPD

  • Willingness to travel and work independently in a global environment
