Sales Manager / Field Sales Representative Component Distribution (m / f / d) – DACH Region (100% Remote)

Your Responsibilities

• Active support for new and existing customers and expansion of existing customer relationships in the field of electronic components (passive) and electromechanical components
• Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to identify new business opportunities and expand our network
• Develop customer‑specific sales solutions together with our international team of technical experts
• Identify market trends and drive the expansion of our market position in Switzerland
• Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue goals within your region
• Maintain and update our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date customer data

Your profile

• Slid experience in technical sales in the field of component sales or electromechanics
• Initial experience as a field application engineer desirable
• Strong technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, self‑motivation, and persuasiveness in dealing with customers
• Independent and structured way of working with entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good command of German and English (spoken and written)
