We’re looking for a Sales Manager: Europe who can lead with confidence, clarity and intention. Someone who is commercially sharp, highly organised and naturally influential: able to work seamlessly across multiple markets, stakeholders and time zones while bringing TYPEBEA’s premium story to life across Europe.

The Role

You’ll own the European commercial plan: building strong retailer partnerships, driving sell through across markets, elevating brand execution and leading future expansion opportunities.

You’ll partner closely with global teams across Marketing, Digital, Supply and Finance: balancing strategic leadership with hands on delivery in a fast moving, high growth environment.

What You’ll Do
Commercial Leadership
  • Own and deliver TYPEBEA’s sales and profit targets across 20 European markets
  • Build and lead JBPs, promotional plans and launch strategies with the leading European beauty retailer
  • Work closely with central and local teams to maximise visibility, sell through and premium execution
  • Identify new growth opportunities in emerging and established markets, both online and instore
  • Lead forecasting, pricing and commercial investment planning with a data led approach
  • Build commercial business cases for market expansion, digital acceleration and future retail partners
Retail and Marketing Execution
  • Partner with the Customer Marketing Manager to ensure TYPEBEA’s premium VM and presentation is consistently executed across markets
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to deliver impactful campaigns, training initiatives and instore activations
  • Manage external agencies to support campaign execution, events and creative delivery across Europe
  • Drive launch excellence: from sell in to sell through, ensuring flawless cross functional coordination
  • Partner with e commerce teams across current and future retailers to optimise digital visibility and conversion
Relationship and Stakeholder Management
  • Build influential relationships with buying, planning, marketing and local retail teams
  • Act as the key link between Europe and the global business: ensuring alignment, clarity and strong follow through
  • Maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with Marketing, Digital, Supply and Finance
  • Keep global leaders informed with clear communication on performance, risks and opportunities
Reporting and Insights
  • Monitor performance across all 20 markets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build data led insights using advanced Excel and AI enhanced reporting tools
  • Partner with Digital and Commercial teams to strengthen analytics and forecastingPresent regular business updates to the Global Commercial Director with clear recommendations
  • Track competitor launches, pricing and promotional activity to inform strategic decisions
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in beauty or premium consumer goods, ideally within European specialty or prestige retail
  • Proven success managing multi country or regional accounts across Europe
  • Experience influencing through complex stakeholder networks
  • Fluency in English and German required: French or additional European languages highly valued
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building capability
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence using AI enabled analytical tools
  • Data driven and commercially intuitive: able to balance numbers with creative brand building
  • Autonomous, proactive and comfortable working in a global matrix
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (approx 30 percent)
