Your Mission
As a SalesManagerDACH, you will be a key contributor to the Sales Team, driving growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland while reporting directly to the General Manager DACH.
- Close key deals with agencies, mediabuyers, and direct advertisers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring best-in-class service, campaign success, and high customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted consultant to major customers, helping them optimize their advertising strategies.
- Define and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage your sales pipeline proactively and close coordination with internal teams.
- Stay up to date and adapt to Adsquare’s ongoing product and technology developments.
- Negotiated data usage contracts with key clients.
- Effectively communicate Adsquare’s value proposition and vision to partners and colleagues.
- Be active in the mobile and programmatic ecosystem to grow your network and generate leads through conferences, events, and social engagements.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2yearsofexperience in sales or business development within digital media and/or data-driven advertising solutions.
- Proven skills in face-to-facesales and coldcalling.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and sharp business acumen.
- Experience with real-timeadvertising,programmaticplatforms,ordatamanagement is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership in a growing company.
- Excellent negotiationandcommunicationskills.
- Fluency in English; German or other languages are a strong plus.
