Your tasks
  • Supporting sales activities of the bus team in Mexico
  • Responsible for market analysis (products, competitors, economy)
  • Developing and implementing sales concepts
  • Planning and controlling order intake, stock production, sales revenue and profit
  • Interface between HQ Munich / Area International Bus departments and importer
  • Development of customer‑related activities to strengthen resale activities
  • Conducting SWOT analyses and defining measures
  • Clarifying technical and commercial order details
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Responsible for order preparation and customer service
  • Planning and developing interface between MAN & Bus body builders
Your qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (Business Development, Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering & Customer Service Management)
  • Diploma / University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering (Mechanical engineering or Transport economics advantageous)
  • High level of communication and intercultural skills
  • High resilience level and capability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Ability to manage cross‑functional and multicultural teams
  • Experienced in working in a matrix organization setup
  • Analytical and methodical thinking, acting in an entrepreneurial manner
  • Minimum 2–3 years of international experience
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to obtain buy‑in at various levels
  • Knowledge of operational and strategic planning
  • Ability to pursue continuous improvements
  • English skills mandatory; additional language desirable (German / Spanish a distinct advantage)
  • High level of technical understanding, especially in the area of commercial vehicles and investment goods
  • Willingness to travel within Mexico
  • Affinity for commercial vehicles or industrial equipment (preferably bus)
  • Latin America experience advantageous
