Your responsibilities :
  • Developing and executing the gallery’s sales strategy.
  • Driving sales of artworks to private and corporate clients.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with collectors, VIP clients, and cultural institutions.
  • Expanding the network with artists and art market partners.
  • Monitoring art market trends and reporting results to management.
  • Preparing sales offers, presentations, and catalogues.
  • Supporting the gallery team during exhibitions and exclusive events.
We require :
  • University degree, preferably in marketing, business, art, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in art sales, luxury goods, or premium client services.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
  • Native-level German, plus fluent English or Polish.
  • Passion for art, culture, and working with high-profile clients.
