Job Summary :

At Huisong, we are seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team. As our Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining high-quality business relationships and implementing a sustainable sales strategy in the region.

Job Description : Sales & Marketing :

  • Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities in Targeted Market.
  • Achieving sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain and grow business relationship with existing clients.
  • Maintain and improve Company’s brand image and reputation in the region.
  • Develop new products and services for customers in the region.

General Management :

  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop the Company’s short and long-term sustainable growth strategy in the Targeted Market for the next 5-10 years.
  • Develop and enforce general management policies, guidelines, SOPs, and documents.
  • Expand and grow Company’s presence in the Targeted Market by recruiting and onboarding new talent.
  • Provide professional guidance / training for new talent.
  • Assist in developing performance review for new talent.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Education and Experience Requirements :

  • 5+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies.
  • Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields.
