At PERGOLUX, we’re redefining outdoor living. As a fast-growing e-commerce company, we design and sell premium pergolas that bring Nordic design to homes across Europe, Australia, and the Americas. Backed by a driven international team, we’re now expanding our footprint across Scandinavia.

As Sales Lead Scandinavia, you’ll own regional revenue growth and build a high-performing team for the markets Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. You’ll shape the sales strategy, lead execution, and work closely with the Country Manager to elevate our presence in the Nordics.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and grow a regional sales team (currently 4 reps) with a clear coaching and performance mindset
  • Translate ambitious revenue targets into individual goals and actionable plans
  • Manage the full sales funnel — from lead generation to closing and post‑sale follow‑up
  • Personally handle ~25% of direct sales during your first 3 months
  • Drive strategic improvements in sales processes, playbooks, and tactics
  • Partner with Country Manager and Performance Marketing to boost pipeline quality and conversion rates
  • Build relationships with B2B partners like architects, developers, and landscapers
  • Launch smart upsell, bundling, and cross‑sell strategies to increase average order value
  • Represent the Scandinavian market in cross‑functional leadership initiatives
  • Monitor competitors and ensure strong local market positioning
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in high‑ticket or premium B2C/D2C sales (ideally e‑commerce or outdoor/lifestyle sector)
  • Proven ability to scale teams and exceed targets
  • Strong sales ops and CRM (e.g. HubSpot) skills — forecasting, KPIs, pipeline optimization
  • A closer mindset: empathetic, driven, and goal‑oriented
  • Strategic thinker who’s not afraid to get hands‑on
  • Excellent communicator and coach
  • Fluent in English (C2)

  • Experience in outdoor living, home & garden, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with product bundling and consultative sales
  • Background in scaling D2C brands or working in startup environments
