We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director with vast experience in the world of Defense and HLS.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across global markets in the HLS/Defense/Multidisciplinary Products industries, including drones
  • Find, sign and manage channels and partners in your territory
  • Manage relationships with key clients in international markets and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior in global markets to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience at HLS/Defense Products Industry – must
  • Proficiency in English – must
  • Knowledge of Spanish or French – a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in international markets
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
