Our DACH sales team is building an Enterprise-focused organization spanning mid-tier to Global 2000 Enterprise accounts. Cloudflare has accelerated bringing Enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies onto our platform, and this team will do so with greater focus, faster pace, and higher long-term growth expectations.
As the Sales Director Majors, you will lead our German Majors Accounts and Public Sector sales team, reporting to the DACH Area VP. We seek an experienced Majors Accounts Sales Leader responsible for driving Cloudflare's revenue, hiring, and brand, while maintaining Cloudflare culture.
The role requires leadership across go-to-market strategy, management of Majors Account Executives, account planning, executive relationship mapping, trust-building and product co-creation, balancing short and long sales cycles, and cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, support, success, solution engineering, and channels to target our highest growth potential accounts. The objective is to cultivate delighted, referenceable, multi-million dollar (ACV) large enterprise Cloudflare customers who derive value from today’s portfolio and future roadmap.
