Your Impact

Impossible Cloud is growing fast, just like the markets we’re expanding into. We’re looking for an exceptional, native German speaking Sales Director (DACH). In this role, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, overseeing sales and partnerships, and managing a high-performing team. This is a front-line leadership role for a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives on business development, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and achieving ambitious growth targets across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What you will do
  • Drive Impossible Cloud's growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, establishing our presence as a leading cloud storage provider
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including distributors, MSPs, resellers, and system integrators
  • Oversee sales operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and achieving revenue targets
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge
What you bring to the table
  • Native or close-to-native German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the DACH region in the cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sectors
  • Established relationships with key industry players in the DACH region
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams, with a focus on (over-)achieving results. You lead by example
  • Strong ownership mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and bias for action
