We are seeking a Director of Sales – DACH to lead and expand our commercial footprint across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This senior role focuses on driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships with major hardware OEMs and enterprise customers in industrial automation, automotive, and advanced manufacturing.

The company develops cutting‑edge AI acceleration hardware and software platforms designed to bring high-performance, energy‑efficient machine learning to the Edge — enabling smarter, faster, and more secure AI processing close to the data source.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a go-to-market approach tailored to the DACH region’s structured OEM ecosystem and enterprise landscape.
  • Focus on long-term account growth, recurring business models, and solution-oriented selling in industrial AI and embedded markets.
  • Own sales targets for the region, from pipeline development through to closing strategic opportunities.
  • Deepen customer engagement in target sectors such as Industry 4.0, automotive electronics, smart manufacturing, and IoT infrastructure.
  • Build and expand partnerships with hardware OEMs, system integrators, and key enterprise clients.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into scalable Edge AI solutions aligned with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Establish and manage relationships with distributors, technology partners, and industry alliances to expand market reach.
  • Lead joint go-to-market programs and partner enablement across the ecosystem.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, disciplined sales execution, and a strong performance-driven culture.
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to align customer feedback with the company’s technology roadmap.
  • Advocate for regional needs in global strategy discussions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related).
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in advanced technology sectors.
  • Proven success selling Edge AI, semiconductor, computer vision, or embedded hardware / software solutions.
  • Strong relationships with hardware OEMs and enterprise clients across DACH.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills suited to complex enterprise environments.
  • Fluency in German and English required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the DACH region.
