Looking for an exciting 6 Working Student contract abroad where you can gain hands‑on experience in sales? At Hive, we’re offering ambitious Dutch‑speaking students the opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest‑growing tech scaleups and kickstart their career in tech sales.

As a Sales Development Representative Working Student, you’ll become part of our high‑performing outbound sales team. From cold calling to booking meetings with decision‑makers at top ecommerce brands in the Netherlands and beyond, you’ll be learning by doing, every single day.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call and connect: Be the first point of contact for Dutch‑speaking prospects, sparking interest and starting meaningful sales conversations
• Drive business: Book meetings with ecommerce brands and build a qualified sales pipeline for our Account Executives
• Get real training: Learn sales strategies, prospecting tools, objection handling, and performance‑driven outreach tactics through hands‑on coaching
• Work in an international team: Collaborate with a diverse group of teammates from across Europe, right in the heart of Berlin
• Own your impact: Work towards clear, trackable goals with support and recognition along the way

• Fluent Dutch speaker with strong English (written and spoken)
• Currently studying in international business, sales, marketing, communication, or a related field. Erasmus Programme applicable.
