About the Sales Development Representative role:

As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) at Agicap, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth. You’ll engage with prospective customers, set up product demonstrations, and support our Account Executives to guide interested businesses throughout the sales process.

During your first 4-6 weeks at Agicap, you’ll participate in a comprehensive onboarding program led by our expert Sales Team. You will gain all the knowledge and tools you need to become a cash flow expert and an ambassador for Agicap.

What you’ll do:
  • Proactively engage in direct dialogue with C-level executives and finance professionals from diverse industries to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Qualify and excite potential customers about our product, scheduling product demos with our Account Executives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for cash flow and liquidity planning inquiries, making a tangible impact on Agicap’s growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales Ops to creatively generate and nurture leads.
  • Monitor and communicate your performance through regular team reporting and feedback.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business‑related field.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and advanced English (C1+).
  • Hands‑on mentality with a drive for results.
  • Passion for working towards goals and measurable achievements.
