YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Mission: Be the commercial force that brings our carbon‑fiber pressure vessels into orbit—literally and metaphorically. We’re looking for a full‑cycle sales representative who thrives in outbound sales and knows how to take a deal from first touch to signature.

In this role, you will build your own pipeline, engage engineering and commercial stakeholders, and close new business for Blackwave’s carbon‑fiber pressure vessel (COPV) product lines.

This position is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, who feels confident running end‑to‑end sales cycles, wants ownership, and is motivated by the idea of selling cutting‑edge technology into the global SpaceTech ecosystem.

You open doors, build relationships, and turn curiosity into contracts.

  • Drive portfolio sales – win new customers for our advanced COPV product lines and manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to deal.
  • Be the interface to customers – understand their requirements, manage inquiries and ensure a smooth commercial process from first contact to delivery.
  • Represent Blackwave – attend key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to position us in the global space ecosystem.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 3–4 years of B2B full‑cycle sales experience (prospecting → qualification → closing).
  • You come from a sales‑driven organization where outreach, metrics, and closing are part of your DNA.
  • You’ve proven your quota attainment in the past — consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
  • You love cold calling and pipeline building as much as the win.
  • You know how to navigate large buying centers and complex decision structures.
  • You bring a hunter mindset – energetic, structured, and relentless in execution.
  • You’re curious about technology and motivated by the idea of working in the SpaceTech industry.
  • Fluent in English (German a plus).
