Job summary

Pandora store in Ludwigsburg is seeking a customer-focused team member to support sales and build memorable experiences. You will help customers choose jewelry that enhances their style and mood, creating moments that turn shoppers into regulars.

Ideal candidates bring a service mindset, creativity, and some retail exposure. English skills are beneficial in this international brand environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented thinking and action.
• High level of creativity, initiative, and commitment.
• Enjoyment of working with people.
• Ideally, some initial experience in retail.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising is an advantage.
• Experience working with key performance indicators is also a plus.
• English skills.
