Zusammenfassung

Pandora in Bielefeld sucht eine engagierte Verkaufskraft für Teilzeit (20 Stunden pro Woche). Sie beraten Kunden, präsentieren Schmuckstücke und sorgen für ein ansprechendes Store-Erlebnis, damit sich Kunden wohlfühlen und gerne zurückkommen.

Sie arbeiten kundenorientiert, mit Freude am Kontakt zu Menschen und einem Sinn für Ästhetik. Erste Retail-Erfahrung sowie Grundkenntnisse in Visual Merchandising sind von Vorteil; Englischkenntnisse hilfreich.

Qualifikationen

• Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln.
• Hohe Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Engagement.
• Freude am Arbeiten mit Menschen.
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Einzelhandel.
• Kenntnisse in Visual Merchandising von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung mit Kennzahlen (KPIs) von Vorteil.
• Englischkenntnisse.

• Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden dabei, Schönheit und individuellen Stil zu betonen.
• Die Schmuckstücke wecken Emotionen und Begeisterung; Sie schaffen gemeinsam besondere Momente mit Kunden im Store.
• Ob im Verkauf, bei der Beratung oder hinter den Kulissen: Sie sorgen dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen.
