Camper in Berlin is looking for a Sales Associate to join our store team. You will welcome customers, provide personalised fashion advice, and help achieve daily sales targets while upholding the brand’s image.

This role offers both part-time and full-time options and requires strong customer focus, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset. English skills are essential; additional languages are a plus, and a genuine interest in fashion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.

About the Role
