Job summary

Philipp Plein in Ingolstadt is looking for an energetic Sales Associate to join our store team. You will build a loyal client base, engage the team to maximise performance, and support leadership to maintain a client-first culture.

Fluency in German is required, with experience in premium or luxury retail and excellent organization. You will help uphold brand standards and contribute to an engaging store environment.

Business Client Development:

• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance

Leadership & Engagement Support:

• Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a client-first culture
• Support the manager(s) developing the team product knowledges and selling culture
• Operations
• Expert of Philipp Plein clienteling and digital tools, store systems and procedures
• Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
• Communicate product and client feedback to buyers & manager(s)

Profile:

• Energetic, passionate, smiling, ambitious and results-driven team player
• Experience in a premium/luxury environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth Brand and product knowledge
• Fluency in German is a mandatory requirement for this position.
