Job summary

HOLY FASHION GROUP's JOOP! Outlet in Ingolstadt is seeking a motivated retail professional to actively shape the store's success. You will sell our high-quality fashion collection and provide expert advice to discerning customers.

You will present merchandise, assist in merchandising, and support other sections as needed. The role requires a completed retail apprenticeship, several years in fashion retail, and a passion for fashion and service.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in retail or a comparable apprenticeship.
• Several years of professional fashion retail experience.

In the course of your varied role, you will sell our high-quality collection to our discerning customers. As a result of your personal and expert advice, your confident demeanour and your good manners, shopping in your store will become an experience. Alongside providing customers with personal advice and support, you will be responsible for the presentation of the merchandise in your section of the outlet store. In addition, you will also provide sales support to other sections, as required.

Required experience and skills:

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship in retail or a comparable apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, e.g. in a deputy department manager function or as a substitute
• Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
• Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and highly developed people skills
