Zusammenfassung

Pandora sucht eine serviceorientierte Verkäuferin/Verkäufer (Teilzeit) in Hamburg. Sie arbeiten vor Ort im Store und unterstützen unsere Kunden beim Ergänzen ihres Stils mit unseren Schmuckstücken.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Beratung, Verkauf und ein reibungsloser Ablauf hinter den Kulissen, damit sich Kunden wohlfühlen und gerne zurückkehren. Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert; deutsch ist natürlich erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und freundliches Auftreten.
• Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt von Vorteil.
• Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Schmuck.
• Idealerweise erste Einzelhandelserfahrung.
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse erwünscht.

Aufgaben

• Kunden beim Aussuchen von Schmuck beraten und unterstützen.
• Verkaufsgespräche führen und positive Einkaufserlebnisse schaffen.
• Sicherstellen, dass Kunden sich wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen.
