What are we looking for

We are looking to incorporate a Sales Assistant for our store Citees Cologne in Hohe St. with availability of 30 hours in rotating shifts starting the 27th of October for a period of 6 months. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.

Main responsibilities

• Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Handle inquiries resolve incidents and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
• Support inventory management stock control orders and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.
• Be familiar with the catalog brand identity garment materials sizes timelines and shipping procedures.
