Lotus Tech Innovation Centre in Germany is a world‑class engineering facility in electric mobility and the cradle of next‑generation legends. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Sales Analyst DACH in the Sales Department to join us in our office based in Munich.

Summary

The purpose of this role is to further develop the DACH organization by implementing professional reporting processes, close steering of margin compliance, developing Management Dashboards as base to take business decisions and supporting Sales Managers on Dealer performance management. Additionally, taking over administrative tasks such as preparing internal and external presentations and answering Dealer enquiries is part of this role.

What you’ll do:
  • Regularly analyse sales target achievement on a market and dealer level
  • Measure market & dealer performance in accordance with margin compliance
  • Support finance and sales on annual operating plans to define detailed sales plan
  • Develop internal reporting systems to increase efficiency and performance transparency
  • Create presentations for the top management team
  • Continuously track KPIs and develop monthly reporting dashboards
  • Support BI‑tool rollout and development to enhance analysis ability
  • Support sales and product teams on product & pricing strategy
  • Constantly evolve and optimise processes, tools and reporting methodologies
  • Track payment flows and vehicle logistics
What you’ll bring:
Essential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or finance

  • Strengths in working conceptually and developing processes and tools
  • Fluent in English and German required
  • Profound expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable
  • Ideally bachelor or master studies in finance, controlling, economics, automotive business or similar
  • Knowledge of BI‑tools
  • 3–5 years automotive background desirable
  • Strong communication skills, ability to coordinate inter‑departmental, number affinity, structured and process‑driven way of working, solution‑oriented
