Job summary

Selvoy is seeking a German-speaking sales agent to connect with warm leads and present health and beauty products. You’ll conduct roughly 20–30 conversations daily, aim to convert interest into orders, and meet personal sales targets from a 100% remote home office.

We provide paid training before your first call, a structured onboarding week with a team leader, ongoing coaching, and internal sales rankings to keep you motivated.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to people, customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to maintain motivation and hit targets.
• Excellent communication in German is essential.

You speak German. You know how to talk to people. We'll teach you the rest.

What you earn

Pay = hourly rate + commission on sales

Commission up to 12% on sales

Starting earnings ~1 600 ¹ EUR

Average earnings ~2 000 EUR

Top performers ~3 000 EUR

What you do every day

• Call warm leads — people who expressed interest in the offer or bought before
• Present health & beauty products and turn interest into orders
• Run roughly 20–30 conversations a day — each with someone who knows the product or showed interest
• Hit your own sales targets and track your own numbers
• Work independently from home in a quiet space — no TV in the background, no kids screaming next to you

Requirements

You must have

• Shift availability: Mon–Sat 8:00–20:00, Sun 9:00–17:00 (you set exact shift hours in recruitment)
• A quiet workspace with stable internet — 100% remote (mobile hotspot isn't enough)

Equipment: we can provide a laptop and headset if you don't have your own

Nice to have

• Experience working with people — sales, customer service, anything where you talked to people
