Overview
Our client, a Japanese company in Munich, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration professional to support order processing and sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including data entry, confirmations, and shipment tracking via internal systems.
- Liaise with the sales, logistics, and accounting departments to ensure a seamless workflow from order placement to final invoicing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on order status and delivery schedules while addressing all inquiries.
- Generate and manage key sales documentation, such as official quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all transaction records and maintain up-to-date client information in the company database.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment orders as needed to maintain optimal stock.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Business level English (knowledge of German is an advantage).
- Experience in sales administration, order management, or related fields (such as procurement) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
