Job Title: Sales Account Manager - Multiple Locations

Location: Hybrid - Candidate can be based in our offices in Italy (Milan, Malpensa), Spain (Barcelona), Germany (Dusseldorf) or Netherlands (Amsterdam).

About the Role

Nayak Aircraft Services is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, managing the end-to-end sales process and ensuring outstanding service delivery. Your role is critical in strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within the aviation maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the complete sales cycle — from initial inquiries, quotations, and proposal development to contract finalization and post-sales support.
  • Actively engage with existing customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring timely responses to RFQs and RFPs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and grow profitable accounts by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions with our capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and Contracts records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing, service, and delivery meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research and outreach to uncover and develop new sales leads.
  • Stay current on market trends, customer buying behaviors, and competitor activity.
  • Represent Nayak at trade shows / conferences and customer visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new business.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role, with a proven track record.
  • Experience in Aviation and Aircraft Maintenance / MRO environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within an international team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English required, additional languages (especially German and Spanish) are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, flexible.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and outside as required.
