Semiconductor Industry - Germany

YOUR CHALLENGES
  • Direct sales of vacuum sealing solutions, retrofits, upgrades, and service solutions within the German Semiconductor market, with a focus on new contact acquisition and establishing professional and productive relationships with key personnel in strategic customer accounts.
  • Responsible for executing strategy, sales goals, and KPIs to achieve annual growth targets, including opportunity generation and management through the sales cycle and CRM.
  • Technical and commercial development of customized solutions, collaborating with Business Units to negotiate and close agreements with key accounts.
  • Preparation, negotiation, and submission of commercial contracts.
  • Market monitoring, including competition and macro-environment analysis, with regular updates to management.
  • Planning and implementation of product presentations and local trade fairs with support from the HQ.
  • Participation in regular sales meetings and assistance in determining the short and medium-term sales planning.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
  • Completed commercial or technical studies (Diploma/Masters) with a minimum of 5 years of accomplished sales experience in a customer-facing role within a semiconductor-related business.
  • Strong business acumen with proven skills in influencing, presentation, negotiation, and the ability to develop and grow Key Account business.
  • Highly motivated, autonomous, and success-driven, with solution-oriented thinking and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Customer-centric, with 70% face time dedicated to client engagement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Home office flexibility.
