Sie analysieren Daten, verhandeln Konditionen, arbeiten eng mit Marketing, Finanzen und Recht zusammen und reisen zu Branchenveranstaltungen, um Partnerschaften zu stärken.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Account Management in der Affiliate-Branche.
• Nachweisliche Verhandlungserfahrung mit Partnern und Umsatzverantwortung.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit BI-Tools.

Aufgaben

• Verhandeln und Managen eines sieben- bis achtstelligen Umsatzportfolios mit Affiliate-Partnern.
• Analysieren großer Datensätze und Leistungskennzahlen zur Optimierung von Kampagnen.
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Partnerbeziehungen als zentraler Ansprechpartner.
• Konditionen (Payouts, Provisionspläne, Budgets) verhandeln und Erwartungen managen.
• Tägliche Koordination mit Partnern in kommerziellen, rechtlichen, finanziellen und Marketing-Aspekten.
• Neue Advertiser identifizieren, qualifizieren und onboarding.
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse in konkrete Aktionen übersetzen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern zur Leistungsoptimierung.

We are looking for an analytical, communicative and strong-negotiating team member to join our sales team as a Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers and continuously develop new business opportunities. You will work with a seven-digit annual revenue portfolio, use data to optimise performance and negotiate commercial conditions that create win-win situations for We Love X and our partners.

What you'll do

• Negotiate and manage a seven-digit annual invoiced revenue portfolio across multiple affiliate partners
• Analyselarge data sets and performance reportsto optimise campaignsand negotiate commercial terms
• Develop and sustainstrong, long-term partner relationships, acting as the main commercial point of contact
• Negotiate commercial terms (payouts, commission plans, budgets) and manage partner expectations to createsustainable, mutually beneficial agreements
• Coordinateday-to-day relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects
• Prospect, qualify and onboard new advertisersthat are a strong fit for our verticals
• Constantly analyse the market and competitive landscape andtranslate insights into concrete actionsfor your portfolio
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimise performance and implement improvements
• Travel to industry conferences and partner meetings to represent We Love X, meet clients and strengthen partnerships

What you've got

• Hands-on experience in account management within the affiliate industry
• Proven track record innegotiating commercial terms and managing revenue-generating partner portfolios
• Stronganalytical skillsand confidence in working withspreadsheets and BI / analytics tools(e.g. Qlik, Tableau or similar)
• High attention to detail and adata-driven approachto campaign optimisation and forecasting
• Excellentrelationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with partners
• Structured working style withstrong organisational and prioritisation skills, especially when handling multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Holistic thinking, always considering theimpact of your activities on other teams, partners and the overall business
• Resilient and persistent mindset - comfortable withconstant change, ongoing negotiations and meticulous follow-up
• Fluency in business English and German
