Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a skilled SailPoint IIQ Administrator to manage and optimize IdentityIQ environments and IAM workflows. You will lead onboarding, lifecycle management, and PAM integrations to ensure secure access across the enterprise.

The role requires hands-on IIQ expertise, strong LDAP/AD knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams in a large organization. German work authorization is assumed.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with SailPoint IIQ in large enterprise environments.
• Strong IAM knowledge and directory services (LDAP/AD).
• Hands-on with SCIM APIs and web services connectors.
• Experience implementing application onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM environments and coordinate with multiple teams.

• Manage account creation and onboarding processes.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain Quicklinks, Forms, and Workflows.
• Utilize SCIM APIs for identity integrations.
• Configure and support Web Services Connectors and JDBC Connectors.
• Develop BeanShell and Java-based customizations.
• Support certification campaigns and access reviews.
• Provide access request support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain SailPoint IIQ server hygiene and operational health.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and feasibility.
• Support directory services integrations including LDAP and Active Directory.
• Manage tickets, engage end users, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for support cases and issue resolution.
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them to completion.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of related experience


• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)


• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and infrastructure architecture


• Knowledge of Directory Services including LDAP and Active Directory


• Experience with ticket management and end-user support


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience working with stakeholders across technical and business teams


• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities


• Ability to work effectively across Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams


• Preferred: Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)


• Preferred: Experience with CyberArk Vault (PAM)


• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra, specifically IAM-related services


• Preferred: Experience working within large enterprise environments
