Zusammenfassung

Siemens Energy seeks a SAP S/4 Hana Key User to partner with procurement and project teams across engineering, management, supplier quality, and logistics. You will ensure well-managed tendering and execution for projects, representing procurement as a BPX during rollout and after Go Live.

You will lead data cleansing, support change management, and coordinate complex purchasing strategies while traveling up to 10% internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and long-term professional purchasing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with organized and disciplined approach.
• Proficient in German and English; able to operate in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

• Represent Procurement as Business Process Expert during rollout and post-Go Live, supporting gap-fit analyses and data cleansing.
• Assist in change management, communications, and promoting the program across teams.
• Manage purchasing for defined commodities, execute complex buying strategies, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze requisitions and supply plans; negotiate prices and terms; coordinate with engineers, project managers, supplier quality, and others.

A typical day will include interfacing (via email, Teams, face to face) with your procurement team and other project team members from engineering, project management, supplier quality, logistics as well as with your suppliers to ensure well-managed, organized tendering and execution of projects.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• As SAP S/4 Hana Key User you are responsible to represent Procurement as Business Process Expert during Roll out and after Go Live with following task: Support of gap-fit analysis to identify business requirements, that differ from global standard
• solutions Template to understand change Impact and define Business requirements, if needed; Support data cleansing activities and data validation; Participation in User-Acceptance-Test for testing of implemented processes; Training and guiding of end-users in Procurement all throughout the implementation and after go live
• Support of change management with effective communication, spread of word, new way of working, ongoing ambassador role to promote the program
• Manage all purchasing responsibilities for a defined group of commodities. Perform and execute complex buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials
• Review and analyze requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases. Participate in the negotiation of prices, terms and conditions, and quality requirements; Expedite as needed and serves as liaison between supplier and users (engineers, project managers supplier quality & others as needed)
• Evaluate market conditions to develop risk mitigation measures for commodities. Lead initiatives for your commodities to find and develop new suppliers based on risk and capacity data; Solicit cost reduction ideas from suppliers and initiate follow up action to implement these savings for the company

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and long-term professional experience in purchasing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to apply knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments; Identify and resolve complex problems and issues
• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere, using an organized and disciplined approach
• Comfortable working in an international environment and willing to travel internationally; Ability to travel 10% of time both domestically and internationally
• Professional proficiency in German and English
