Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced integrations architect to design and deliver global Coupa-SAP S/4HANA integrations, from design through cutover and Hypercare. You will build REST/JSON and OData APIs, configure master data synchronization, and ensure secure, scalable integration across procurement and financial processes.

This role requires hands-on API engineering, middleware setup (CPI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or Azure), API testing with Postman, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering Coupa and SAP S/4HANA integrations end-to-end.
• Hands-on API engineering: REST/JSON, OData, schema design, error handling.
• Experience configuring Coupa master data, tax, approvals, and payment updates.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Procurement/MM and FI-AP objects.
• Experience with middleware platforms (CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure).
• OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman-based API testing expertise.
• Experience with SAP IDocs, BAPI/RFC, ALE, and OData services.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, mTLS, certificates, key management, data protection.

• • Manage API specifications with OpenAPI/Swagger and perform API testing with Postman
• • Configure SAP IDocs, BAPI/RFC, ALE, and OData integration artefacts
• • Configure Coupa master data imports/exports, suppliers, COA, transactional flows, SFTP/API integrations, and file formats
• • Implement OAuth2, mTLS, certificates, key management, and data protection controls
• • Establish monitoring and observability using dashboards, Splunk, App Insights, alerting, and trace correlation
• • Plan and manage integration work efforts, dependencies, and environment strategies across multiple delivery waves
• • Coordinate with MDG, ServiceNow, upstream/downstream products, and third-party providers
• • Communicate complex integration concepts to cross-functional Business and IT audiences
• • Support delivery using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and SolMan
• • Apply test automation for integration interfaces
• • Manage integration impacts across Indirect and Direct Procurement, P2P, and AP

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering global Coupa and SAP S/4HANA integrations for complex organisations, covering design, implementation, cutover, and Hypercare
• Strong hands‑on proficiency with REST/JSON, OData, API engineering, schema design, error handling, and performance tuning
• Extensive knowledge of Coupa configuration for supplier and ERP integrations, master data synchronisation, transactional flows, approvals, tax, receiving, invoicing, and payment status updates
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Procurement/MM and FI-AP objects and processes
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or comparable middleware platforms
• Hands‑on experience with OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman‑based API testing
• Practical knowledge of SAP IDocs, BAPI/RFC, ALE, and OData services
• Experience configuring Coupa master data imports/exports, suppliers, COA, SFTP/API integrations, file formats, and transactional flows
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, mTLS, certificates, key management, and data protection requirements
• Experience with integration monitoring and observability tools such as CPI/MuleSoft dashboards, Splunk, App Insights, alerting, and trace correlation
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git, branching, versioning, and automated deployment
• Understanding of Indirect and Direct Procurement process flows and data impacts across P2P and AP
• Experience with MDG, ServiceNow, third‑party providers, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, SolMan, and test automation
• Ability to plan and manage complex integration work efforts, dependencies, and environment strategies across multiple delivery waves
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
