Rosewood Munich and Rosewood Schloss Fuschl welcome candidates to a Dual Property Experience designed to accelerate growth in Food & Beverage or Culinary within two luxury settings. Participants rotate between Munich and Schloss Fuschl, expanding skills across urban and resort environments, and shaping a versatile hospitality career.

Intake requires EU work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided. Accommodation is available during rotation to ease relocation between properties.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Willing to relocate and work across two properties (Munich and Schloss Fuschl) during the program.
• Proficient in German or English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must have legal right to work in the European Union.

Begin your journey at Rosewood Munich before transitioning to Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in spring. Experience both urban luxury and resort hospitality, expand your skills across two iconic destinations, and afterwards decide where your career path leads you, whether at Munich, Schloss Fuschl, or another Rosewood property around the world.

The Dual Property Experience offers talented hospitality professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Rosewood Munich and Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Over the course of the program, you will rotate between our two properties, broaden your operational expertise, build a strong network across both hotels, and develop a deeper understanding of luxury hospitality through diverse guest experiences and service environments.

• You are a talented Waiter/Waitress (Chef de Rang) or Demi/Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in your career.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• You are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and take pride in your craft.
• You are eager to learn, develop your skills, and gain experience in two distinctive luxury hospitality environments.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• You are open to living and working in both Munich and Schloss Fuschl as part of your development journey.
• You hold a valid work authorization for the European Union.
• You communicate confidently in German or English; additional languages are a plus.
• You bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
