Zusammenfassung

Amazon Workforce Staffing in Germany is seeking warehouse associates to join our team in Gera. You will pick, pack, and ship customer orders, operate scanners, load boxes, and work with safe, efficient processes on assigned day shifts.

Starting wage is €16.45 per hour gross, with guaranteed increases after 12 months to €16.45 and after 24 months to €18.31. We offer full-time and part-time options, a Deutschlandticket, a 28-day vacation, and other employee benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in German and/or English/Polish, with the ability to understand and follow safety guidelines.

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Please note that not all shift types are always available, and availability may include the following:

• Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week): Late: 15:00 - 23:45
• Working week: Monday to Saturday (5 working days as standard)

Job Overview

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and put away inventory
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 15kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Polish, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
