iO Associates is seeking experienced Manufacturing Automation, Robotics and Controls Engineers to support a major transformation programme in Speyer. The role covers designing, planning and implementing automated cells, and introducing robots and cobots into production.

You will take automation projects from concept to production on the shop floor, supporting automation across machining, pressing and surface treatment while collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in manufacturing automation / robotics.
• Hands-on experience introducing robots and/or cobots into production.
• Experience designing, planning and implementing manufacturing cells.
• Demonstrable experience taking automation projects into live production.
• Experience automating manual manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor environments.
• Experience with robotics integration and automated production systems.
• Ideally experience within automotive, aerospace or another highly automated manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on, practical approach rather than purely maintenance-focused experience.

• Support automation across areas including machining, pressing, surface treatment and other production processes
